Discover Dark Amsterdam with Holland Tour Guides: narrow alleys and streets, the world-famous 'Red Light District' and infamous places like the Zeedijk. We will start the tour with a drink in the Prostitution Information Centre. We will be introduced in the ups and downs of “The Life” by a former prostitute. After this fascinating introduction we will go to the Wallen (Red-light district) and we will take a look into the daily life op hookers and pimps; the oldest profession in the world…..There is however much more to see in Dark Amsterdam. Your Holland Tour Guide will show you the famous and infamous spots of the darkest part of Amsterdam and will tell you true stories and anecdotes. He will also show you that a lot has changed in the last couple of years concerning the reputation of some neighbourhoods and streets. The Zeedijk, which once was infamous, has changed into a cosy street with nice bars and pubs. Join us and discover that Dark Amsterdam can be fascinating and fun!
