The building is rebuild in a stylish tasting room where a 4 minutes movie is showed, where you can see how this cheese is made. Then it is time to taste the cheese! There is connaisseur who is doing a little test by tasting blind. So you get a tour in your mouth!

You can also do this tour, while drinking a glass of wine.
